Steps to Perform :

Step 1

Stand straight on the ground, and take a small gap between your feet.

Step 2

With deeply breathe (inhale), raise your both arms.

Step 3

Keep your arms upward by interlocking your fingers.

Step 4

Now come on the toes by raising your heels simultaneously.
